If you need to return an award(s), please contact our customer service team on whatsapp at 09090330915 as all returns must be authorized for tracking purposes.

• We must be notified of pending returns within 2 business days of the order delivery date.
• All return orders are subject to a 30% restocking charge.
• Custom Awards, Custom Logo Items, Plaques, Lucites, Crystal Awards, Engraved Plates, Premiere Engravable Rings, Glassware, and Shipping Charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.

You can pick up your finished plaque or trophy at our Ikeja office or have it delivered to your location. Please note that you will pay for shipping if we are to deliver. We utilized several delivery services including Uber, Gokada, Bolt and Kwik. You can either book for your pick up or we book and you pay the dispatch on delivery.
