48-Hour Return Window:

You have a strict 48-hour window from the time you receive your item(s) to initiate a return. This 48-hour period begins from the documented delivery time by our courier or your pick-up time from our physical location. Returns initiated after this 48-hour period will not be accepted.

 

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unopened: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. For sealed products (e.g., books with shrink wrap, packaged audio/video content), the seal must be unbroken.

  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, transaction ID).

  • Reason for Return: Please provide a brief reason for your return. This helps us improve our products and services.

Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Within the 48-hour window, please contact our customer service team immediately via phone at 08181447766 or to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Assessment and Approval: Our team will assess your return request based on the eligibility criteria. If approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the item.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to The Pulpit Store. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  4. Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 1 to 2 business days of approval. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within the 24-hour window) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
