Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to The Pulpit Store. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 1 to 2 business days of approval. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within the 24-hour window) with photographic evidence. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
